Chasing Start:
- Chasing Star for the Elite classes in the 4th and last day of competition.

Eating places:
- Eating places in the arena Bar and restaurant service will be available in the different arenas.

POM Hard Floor:
- Hard floor available in Idanha-a-Nova Municipal Sport Hall, from 6 p.m Friday (February the 8th) until 4 p.m Tuesday (February the 12th).
- The athletes must bring sleeping bag and mattress.
- The organization appeals to the respect of the municipal hall, mainly in terms of silence and hygiene care.
- It is strictly forbidden to wear competition shoes inside the municipal sports hall.

Model Events:
- 2 Model Events available after 12 a.m of the February the 7th.
- Model Event maps are both collected in the Event Center.

POM 2013 Official BIB:
- POM 2013 official bib will have printed the start time for each stage; SI card number; class; club; country.
- POM 2013 bib is compulsory for every runner. Team Leaders must pick up the bib number for their club.
- A runner who doesn’t have the official bib number won’t be allowed to start the race.
- In case of loss of the bib, the runner shall proceed to its substitution in the secretariat.
- This substitution implicates the payment of a 2,00 € tax.

Elite Classes:
- In case the number of inscriptions breaks the 100 inscriptions limit, the elite class will be split into 2 classes: SuperElite (SE) and Elite (E).
- The SuperElite classe gathers the first 100 runners according to the world ranking. The remaining athletes will compete in the Elite Class.

SportIdent: 
- SportIdent (SI Card) will be the official punching system for POM 2013.
- Rented SI Cards must be given back in the of end the event.
- To lose or not to return the SI Card implicates the non devolution of the 50, 00 € guarantee firstly handed.
- In case of a change of the competition’s SI Card, it is compulsory to notify this change in the secretariat.
- There won’t be allowed the start of a runner who changed is SI Card number without previous notification of the secretariat.

Start Times:
- It is not possible to change start time in the competition day.

Race Time Limits: 
- Race time limits for Long Distance: 3 hours.
- Race time limits for Middle Distance: 2 hours.
- Race time limits for Sprint: 1 hour.

Map collecting and Fair-Play: 
- The maps won’t be collected in the end of each race. Therefore, it is asked for the fair-play of all participants, in order not to show their maps to the competitors who haven’t yet started.

Secretariat: 
- Secretariat located in the Event Center, in Centro Cultural Raiano (Idanha-a-Nova), during the 7th and 8th of February. Working in the arena in which competition day.

Showers:
- Idanha-a-Nova’s Municipal Sports Hall

Baby-Sitting:
- Babysitting service present in the arenas.
- Depending on the weather conditions, the babysitting service may be changed its location to the Municipal Sports Hall of Idanha-a-Nova. In case of change, there will be a proper announcement.

First Aid Service:
- First aid services working in the arena.
- In case of a serious injury, which needs more specific treatment, the patient will be transferred to the closest health care center.

Starts:
There will be sinalization from the arena to the start.

Overall Classification:
- The overall classification of POM 2013 will be result of the total amount of points collected in each of the 4 stages, except for the Elite Classes, which will be the result of the sum of the times concerning the 4 stages.
- POM Sprint Cup (extra competition alongside to POM) overall classification will consist of the sum of the times from both 2 stages.

Prizes:
- WRE – Prizes to the first 5 W/M Elite.
- POM Overall Classification – Trophies to the first 3 athletes (5 first athletes in the Elite Classes) in which classes, both competition, formation or open.
- POM Sprint Cup – Trophies to the firsts athletes.

POM’s Official Banquet:
- POM’s official dinner will take place on the February 10th at 20h00min.
- Its location will be further revealed.

Competition Rules:
- Competition rules according to FPO’s Competition standards.
- In case of any missing situation in this FPO document, IOF rules will be applicated.
